The 300Mbps N_Max Wireless Router WBR-6020 is an Eco-Friendly wireless router that has 4 ways of saving electricity.

The wireless On/Off button is a feature that makes this router an energy saving device but also protects your data because when this wireless router is not being utilized you can manually or schedule it to turn off at certain times during the day preventing neighbors or hackers from connecting to the internet.

Low Power Wireless Mode is also very practical because when only 1 laptop is connected only 1 antenna is turned on for all your internet needs while the other antennas are disabled to reduce energy usage.

Active Link Detection checks to see which LAN (Local Area Network) ports are being used and powers down the unused ports to save energy.

Scheduled Sleep allows you to configure when your router turns on and off. A good idea would be to schedule your router to sleep when you sleep and wake up when you wake up.

WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) and WPA2 (Wi-Fi Protected Access II) encryptions can be implemented to your configurations for protection against unwanted users.

Allowing certain applications to use more bandwidth will allow for smoother functionality which is why the QOS (Quality of Service) feature is implemented into this high quality router.
