Embedded is a USB (Universal Serial Bus) port to link the printer to a computer for designing, editing, and for transferring logos and designs. The labels from this high-tech label maker can also be imported to Microsoft Excel or Access to verify correct fonts and import customized labels and logos or designs for professional labels that others will envy. Scanning is less time consuming than entering prices manually so the bar-coding feature will come in handy. If you have multiple labels to print and you dont have time to press print 50 times, then the multi-copy Print feature will be one youll love. Rubber guards surrounding this device will protect it from accidental falls.
