When making wire connections, you want an easy installation without the hassle of worry and precision. Compatible with 66, 110, BIX and Krone blocks, the Greenlee Punchdown Tool offers multiple functions and makes quick work of setting up networks. A spring loaded blade inserts and terminates wires with very little effort, leaving a clean cut every time. The blades are interchangeable and you can put extras into the storage space built into the handle.
There's less to grind over with an internal impact mechanism that keeps you from jamming wires too far, and a locking mechanism to keep the blade safe and put away when not working. There are also adjustable settings for high-to-low impact force, changing how hard to push when using the punch down tool. Safety is another feature of the Greenlee Punch-down; it has a neoprene pad designed for shock absorption and insulation to keep your hands feeling fine throughout the day.
A kit specially designed for the Greenlee Punchdown is also available for purchase. A Rugged Cordura® pouch encases electrician's scissors, the punch down tool with a 110 blade, a 66 style blade replacement, and a Kwik Twisted Pair stripper, all included in the kit. There is a heavy-duty metal clip attached to snap this onto your belt while working, and a side holster that has extra space to carry a flashlight and a screwdriver. You have the option to buy the whole kit at once, or the separate products below.
