International Shipping

International Shipping

Electriduct is happy to accept orders from our customers overseas. As long as UPS, US Post Office, or FedEx delivers to your country, we will most likely ship to it. It is highly recommended that Canadian customers compare the US Post Office and UPS because if the product amount is matched to the proper UPS Air method, then that will add up to the cheapest shipping (Look at the UPS Rate Guide below). We always recommend using a method that is insured like UPS.
*Products that include Free Shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping Rates

It is possible to calculate international shipping rates in our online shopping cart. However, the online calculator is directly linked to UPS and USPS but often shipping costs are way off for customer's overseas. Electriduct reserves the right to NOT honor estimated shipping rates shown online or for orders placed online. Rates may be more accurately calculated by one of Electriducts customer service representatives. If you have any questions regarding international shipping rates, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Small orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours following day an international order is received (if inventory is in stock). Large orders may take some time to pack, weigh and measure. How long it takes to arrive from there can vary greatly and primarily depends on the chosen shipping method. Tracking numbers are not available for all methods. We strongly recommend choosing an option that provides tracking information (such as UPS).

USPS International Shipping does not provide tracking information, nor have any estimated delivery times. This carrier/method can take weeks and sometimes months to be delivered, depending on location, country and customs. If you need your order in a timely fashion, choose UPS.

It is up to the customer (you) to choose the shipping method. We offer USPS and UPS as standard shipping. USPS does not provide tracking and we are not responsible for shipments that go USPS. If you have your own UPS account or accounts with other carriers, you are more than welcome to use them. Electriduct will help with getting the order ready for pick-up.

*Electriduct is not responsible if you (the customer) put in or give us the wrong shipping address, we are not capable of checking every international address and it's the customers responsibility to provide the correct/full address at the time of placing the order.

Payment

We accept PayPal, major credit cards (in some cases), bank wire transfer, or Western Union. If the international order originates from a low risk country, is small, and being shipped to the same billing address listed on the credit card, then we will usually accept the credit card as payment.

Customers who use a credit card will be required to provide a copy of the credit card (both sides) and Drivers License/Identification Card

Some customers may be required to pay in advance via wire transfer, Western Union or PayPal. Please do not let this prevent you from placing an order. If a wire transfer is required, we will contact you immediately.

If you live in a high risk country, the easiest and cheapest payment method is PayPal.

Electriduct reserves the right to not accept, honor or ship any international order that does not meet our requirements.

Duties/Customs

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and/or importation charges. These fees are NOT included in our pricing.
