The JDSU Lil’ Buttie PRO – LB220 is a handheld, lightweight phone tester that comes with An LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen to display 2 lines each allowing up to 16 alpha numeric characters and icon flags. Displaying caller ID, call waiting caller ID, number dialed, setup, stored numbers, battery condition, on-hook voltage, and also off-hook current make this phone line troubleshooting tool second to none. This phone tester also comes with a keyboard with 16 keys that include number keys and command keys for different test modes. Amplified speaker is handy when both hands are needed to perform test and listen to beeping results. Rubber guards around the phone are ideal for accidental drops and also soft on hands when gripping. With a Battery life (Alkaline, 45 0mA-hr) of minimum 18 hours and maximum of 225 hours of operation will allow you to finalize multiple jobs before recharging battery.

This highly sophisticated telephone tester measures the voltage on the lines for a minimum of 10 volts to consider connecting and automatically disconnects if current is higher than 120 mA to protect equipment from catastrophic damage. Automatic Power Off shuts the phone off when functions aren’t being used to help conserve battery life. Caller ID and Call Waiting Caller ID will provide you with information from callers and inform you if errors occur during transmission.
