TestifierPRO Cable Tester - TP650 made by JDSU will prevent network topology from crashing due to improper or malfunctioning cables costing your business large amounts of money and credibility.

The JDSU TestifierPRO Cable Tester - TP650 is a lightweight, durable tool that comes with an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen that displays 16 alphanumeric characters and graphic icons in two lines for results of your test. Seven buttons for different features and modes are implemented on this field tested device but a one button operation will start different telco, network, and coax test and results. RJ11 jack, RJ45 jack, and F-connector are incorporated into the structure of this handheld cable tester to troubleshoot cables for errors, continuity, length measurement, and hub blink functions that can all have an impact on DTR (Data Transmission Rate). A storage compartment for the detachable test remote is on the bottom of the unit for easy retrieval when needed.

The sophisticated test performed by the TestifierPRO Cable Tester - TP650 gives feedback about miswire, split pairs, and no connections. The MAP ID function identifies several cables by listing ID numbers of map-only remotes. After cables are tested and determined that the cables are terminated properly and lengths are correct a PASS icon is displayed for T 568 A/B standard connections and 6-wire cables. The tone generator has 4 different tones that user can pick for personal preference.

A pouch is included with the JDSU TestifierPRO – TP350 cable tester for safe storage and relocating to different job settings.
