Metal Braided Sleeving

Metal Braided Sleeving
Metal Braided Sleeving

Composed of 36 AWG tin coated copper wire, metal braided sleeve is commonly used for shielded cable dilemmas such as data loss or signal interference and provides exceptional attenuation over a wide range of frequencies.

Because of the flexibility, strength and superior EMI protection, Metal Braided Sleeving is far better than using foil wrapped cable techniques.

EMI Braided sleeve
Good product fast shipping and good customer service contact. They sent the right stuff, however I mis calculated the size I needed. No fault of theirs. I will buy from them again

Great for extending shielded automotive MAF wiring
Needed to relocate the Mass Airflow Sensor on my Nissan for a custom turbo build I'm working on. To do so, I had to extend the MAF wiring by about a foot. Two of the four MAF wires are shielded from the factory. Given that MAF wiring is notoriously finicky I wanted to do it the right way and keep it shielded like OEM. Found this stuff from a Google search and it worked like a charm. I was unsure what size to use but went with the BSMT-025-1 to shield two ~16 gauge wires and it fit great.
