Nelson Fire stop Sealant is a water-based paste that is used to seal openings and gaps in walls, roofs and floors left from intrusive pipes to prevent fire, water, smoke and gasses from passing. With its fast drying capabilities (tack-free in approx 15min.) and halogen-free make-up, this fire stopping sealant can applied in any direction without running.

Safe to handle and easy to install, Nelson's Fire Stop Latex Sealant comes in tubes for caulk guns, foil packs for bulk loaders, and buckets for use with trowels and other spreading tools.
