Expando® PT PLUS is a lightweight braided PET sleeving designed to protect cables, hoses, and wire harnesses from abrasion and wear. Rated for temperatures up to 125°C (257°F), it offers durability without added bulk. Its open-braid design provides excellent flexibility, accommodates a wide range of diameters, and prevents moisture and heat buildup—ideal for both enclosed and exposed environments.

The patented Bentley-Harris® Plus treatment bonds filaments to minimize fraying, enabling clean cuts with standard scissors and eliminating the need for hot-knife cutting—reducing assembly time.

Combining strength, thermal stability, and cost efficiency, Expando® PT PLUS is suited for defense, industrial, and commercial use, including outdoor installations such as: Weather stations, navigation beacons, radar antennas, marine and electronic systems, and general manufacturing assemblies

Temperature Range: –70°C to +125°C (–94°F to +257°F)
