Protecting your cables, wires, and hoses from abusive treatment and severe temperatures should be top priority if planning on using them long-term. Employee’s safety is also important in a work environment where applications can reach blazing temperatures.

Fire Resistant Sleeving is manufactured with a high quality silicone rubber coating and a thick layer of high temperature fiberglass that will accommodate the armor, insulation, and longevity desired.

The Braided version (Aerospace Grade) enables approved hose assemblies to pass AS1055D testing under stated flow and pressure conditions. These high-temperature, braided, fiberglass yarns will insulate boiling heat from pipes and hoses to protect machinery from thermal damage and employees from suffering severe burns. A layer of high grade silicone rubber coating, flexible enough to allow for tight curves, is added to repel hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, petroleun, and will withstand a molten splash and short-term flame exposure at 2200°F. This sleeving (Braided - Aerospace Grade or Knitted - Industrial Grade) is available in Red, RoHS (Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances) compliant and UL 94 listed.
