This special Mylar Expandable Braided Sleeving is made from PolyEthylene Terephthalate which can handle a continuous operating temperature of -103°F to 257°F and has a melt temperature of 446°F. Because of its open weave construction, Mylar is able to expand up to 150% so fitting over your cables and hoses should be no problem.

Mylar braided sleeve is mildly conductive that helps with electrical insulation and shielding while the metallic mylar blended with clear PET fibers give a shiny, mirror finish to the sleeve.

Great for cosmetic applications such as car engine compartments, PC modification, and other jobs that require lots of visual attention.
