This means when you plug in a device that need 5v 2amp, the station will provide 5v 2amp to It.
If all ports are being used for charging, the smart control system will provide the minimum charging rating to the devices that they require, but the total output of the unit will not be more than 4amp.
If one device is plugged in for charging, the station can provide all 4amp to that one device.
