The Cat.6 Shielded female to female RJ45 Ethernet cable coupler is used to turn the standard Cat.6 Shielded (backwards compatible) patch cord into a waterproof connection for Ethernet connecting in the harsh industrial or outdoor environments.

A gasket seal provides optimum protection from moisture and other contaminants with an IP67 rating.

Using the standards based RJ45 connection system insures compatibility with existing hardware. The shielded coupler maintains the shield continuity offering protection from EMI/RFI interference.

I used this coupler to connect a CAT 6 extension cable to my Starlink dish cable. It fit together very tightly, just what I needed for harsh Maine weather. Now I know I'm protected and secure.

The Shielded RJ45 F to F outdoor waterproof coupler is long overdue. Many installations, no matter how well planned sometimes require outdoor connections. This product fits the bill and allows for rapid field replacement of equipment that is often difficult to access or in a location that is not ideal. I used the Electriduct Cat 6 shielded RJ45 F to F outdoor waterproof coupler on a recent job and will be using them in the future.
