Now here’s something new, an analog meter designed for measuring the signal parameters of railroad coding equipment. The Triplett Railroad test set is available in four models (2000-2003), the lower versions are all upgradeable. Each later model has all of the features of its predecessor, plus a few additional features not commonly found on standard VOMs. These railroad voltage meters are easier to use for normal operation functions and give the user the control.
Made with a modular design, the Railroad test Digital meter is easily customizable for individual job needs. Regardless of polarity, the basic tester code parameters are able to detect foreign voltage in any AC or DC range; measure voltage, current, resistance, and relay contact on time. Each Triplett Railroad model following 2000 has varying ranges of cab filters, from 60 to 250Hz.
Contents of each kit includes: test set, test leads, spare fuses, two 9V alkaline batteries, one D-cell alkaline battery, carrying case and instruction manual.
